General Meeting
Annual General Meeting – 22 October 2024
Sunrise Energy Metals’ 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at Baker McKenzie, Level 19, CBW, 181 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12.30pm (Melbourne time) on Tuesday, 22 October 2024.
The Notice of Meeting and 2024 Annual Report are provided below.
Proxy appointments must be received by the share registry, Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd, by 12.30pm (Melbourne time), Sunday, 20 October 2024.
We welcome questions in advance. General questions can be submitted up to 24 hours before the meeting to info@sunriseem.com or sent to the company at its registered office address at Level 6, 10 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Questions specifically for the external auditor should be received by 12.30pm (Melbourne Time) on Tuesday, 15 October 2024 so that they can be circulated in good time.
Alternate arrangements
If it becomes necessary to make alternate arrangements for the meeting, we will ensure that shareholders are given as much notice as possible. We encourage shareholders to monitor the ASX website and this website for updates.
